Admissions Calendar
In making enrollment decisions, Aurora School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, and gender, national or ethnic origin. Aurora seeks to enroll children who will benefit from its academic program and its method of teaching. In addition, Aurora will give preference to qualified siblings and children who will assist the school in achieving a balanced and diverse student body.

| November 21, 2008 | Sibling Application Deadline Kindergarten applicants must be 5 years old by September 1 $60 application fee for all applicants |
| November 25, 2008 | Sibling Assessment and Interviews Of continuing families |
| December 2, 2008 | Notification of Admissions Decisions Siblings of continuing families |
| January 30, 2009 | New Applicants Priority Deadline Kindergarten applicants must be 5 years old by September 1 $60 application fee for all applicants |
| January 30, 2009 | School and Student Services for Financial Aid (SSS) Forms due |
| January 30, 2009 | Aurora financial aid forms due New and returning students |
| February 23, 2009 | Enrollment contracts and payments due Continuing students |
| January 31, February 5 & 6, 2009 | Kindergarten Student Assessment and Interviews Of priority applicants |
| February 2009 | Upper Grade Level Student Assessment and Interviews Aurora does not use standardized testing in the admission process |
| March 13, 2009 | Notification of Admissions Decisions New applicants Same date for all East Bay Independent Schools |
| March 20, 2009 | Enrollment contracts and payments due New students |
Aurora will accept and consider applications after these deadlines, but will give preference to applications filed within the original deadlines.
Forms submitted by late applicants must be completed and returned within one week of receipt.
