Enrichment Classes
Our enrichment classes are open to both Aurora students and children from other schools.
Enrichment Classes - Winter 2010
Starting the week of January 18, 2010; pro-rated registration available
- Mondays: TEK with LEGO's Grades 2-5 - $150 (8 classes)
- Tuesdays: Indigital Kids (No new registrations)
- Wednesdays: Art from around the world Grades 2-5 - $50 (8 classes)
- Thursdays: Aikido for Grades K-1 - $135 (8 classes)
- Thursdays: Aikido for Grades 2-5 - $135 (8 classes)

Registration
Throughout the year you will be advised through the extended care newsletter of the various classes being offered. Included in the newsletter will be class descriptions, dates, times, and costs. To sign up, fill out the form, enclose your payment to Aurora School, and return it to the school office. Classes are offered with minimum and maximum enrollment and are offered on a first-come first-served basis.
Scholarships
Limited scholarships are available for enrichment classes. Check the "requesting financial aid" box when registering. Scholarships are awarded on a case-by-case basis, and only up to 60% of the program cost.
Signing In and Out
All children are signed in to Extended Care and must be signed out to attend an enrichment class. The class time is deducted from the total hours the child attends Extended Care for that day.
Waiting Lists and Refunds
If your child is not accepted immediately into a class, they will be placed on a waiting list, on a first-come, first-served basis. If any enrolled child decides to drop out, you will be notified before the second class session.
You must inform Aurora School before the first class session to receive a 50% refund.
